The forging event, co-hosted by RTFKT and Nike for the Dunk Ghost Edition, is live. Participants have access to RTFKT’s official platform to participate. During the event, they can use their digital collectibles for physical copies of their shoes, provided the collectibles qualify. The physical copies are limited edition and made-to-demand, priced at approximately $222.
RTFKT promotes the product as a gaming culture-inspired offering. That’s why it comes with interchangeable vial attachments. Making the physical product more interesting is the fact that it comes with a world merge NFC chip that unleashes a more digital experience for the owner. Interested participants can obtain their respective products by entering two different phases.
The first phase is Complexcon (IRL) Pre-Sale, starting on November 18, 2023 and ending on November 19, 2023. The second phase is an online release starting November 20, 2023. The first drop in the second phase will take place at 11am EST, and the second drop will take place at 8:00 PM EST. Tickets for phase one are available and participants can choose to be notified for the next phase.
It is the same for GHOST and VOID except the estimated delivery time. It will take until August 2024 for GHOST to be delivered. By July 2024, VOID will have reached its maximum customer base.
Please note that digital copies are not available for purchase during the drop event at shop.rtfkt.com. RTFKT has only come up with an option to pre-order the Dunk Genesis sneakers. Since it is a made to order product, customers must include their size at checkout.
RTFKT is only supplied to certain countries. Customers are advised to check their eligibility accordingly. Some of the countries where RTFKT will deliver the experience are Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Italy and Romania. Customers who participate in this NFT event must confirm that they are not subject to any UN, EU, OFAC or UK sanctions. Failure to do so will void the transaction and void refunds.
