Gauntlet partners with Xai Games for the growth and innovation of Xai

Gauntlet, a crypto financial modeling platform, shares to collaborate with Xai Network, a blockchain-based gaming network. This collaboration aims to innovate the Xai Network and both companies will work to grow the Xai Network in the areas of governance and treasury management of the protocol.

Gauntlet proudly shared this news today via the X account. According to the announcement, Gauntlet will mainly focus on improving stake-weighted DAO governance. Furthermore, this collaboration aims to improve treasury management through Aera Finance, an on-chain treasury management protocol.

Xai Network Tasks Gauntlet to Restructure Governance

Xai Network partners with Gauntlet and entrusts Gauntlet to restructure the stakes-weighted governance network to enhance Xai Network’s existing governance system. Speaking of Xai’s current governance system, it allows XAI token holders to vote and decide the upgrades and future developments.

However, the company plans to restructure and improve its governance system and the partnership with Gauntlet is the most important step in this regard. The new governance system, which is based on DAO’s interests, will introduce a clear set of instructions for efficiency, accountability and transparency.

Treasure to be managed through Aera

Gauntlet, which is the custodian of Aera, will implement advanced strategies for Xai Network to hedge risks, calculate market opportunities and manage liquidity. In addition, Gauntlet will employ liquidity management strategies and risk-aware strategies such as levered Ethereum staking and TWAP.

So far, both companies have not revealed the exact implementation date of the said advanced strategies but have assured their user base of implementation this year. Soby, the top contributor to Xai Network, sees this partnership as a major achievement for the Xai Network, which will ultimately benefit their user base.
