A new partnership that is inked by the SBI group can see the use of XRP whides to build a payment platform that will link unique payment vessels with NFTS.
The new development was emphasized in a tweet by XRP enthusiast Crypto ERI, @Sentosumosaba, which revealed that the Japanese travel agency Tobu Top Tours can use the XRP Grootbook to publish NFTs that can publish NFTs that can be distributed as “Digital Souvenirs” or “Digital Souvenirs”

According to a release of September 30, SBI Ripple Asia, a business unit from SBI Group has signed a memorandum of agreement with Tobu Top Tours to realize a new payment platform aimed at unique tokens issued by SBI Ripple for every partner company and organization.
The partnership will see the launch of a new payment platform that unique payment vessels will link to NFTs that can be equipped with various functions and support the expansion of the fan economy of partner companies and organizations. The two companies will continue the discussions with the aim of launching the service in the first half of 2026.
SBI Ripple Asia is a joint venture founded by Ripple and SBI Holdings.
XRP -Grootbook to generate different use cases
The partnership will use the XRP whides to publish its own tokens and to build a system that allows customers of SBI Ripple Asia and Tobu Top Tours to pay for accommodation, dining, shopping, services and more.
Building a payment platform using the XRP whides is expected to generate a wide range of use cases in tourism, trade and regional development. It is also expected that users offer a new payment experience and become a new growth model that can create and expand a unique fun economy for companies and local communities.
NFTs were standardized on the XRP whides by XLS-20 in October 2022 and provided benefits, including royalties and anti-spam functions.
The DynamicNFT amendment (XLS-46) was switched on in June, adding functionality for changeable NFTs. This broadens use cases for NFTs on the XRPL further than unchanging art or collecting objects for gaming, identity, smart ticketing and more.
