US government is affected by $ 3,300,000,000 in additional deficits under the tax assessment of the Senate: CBO

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says that the government will have to assume an additional shortages of $ 3.3 trillion if the big beautiful bill of the White House passes.

In a new report, the non-party budget watchdog says that the bill would add $ 3.9 trillion to the national debt, which results from around $ 4.5 trillion in net tax cuts and almost $ 300 billion in increases, partly compensated by almost $ 1.5 villion in spending.

The CBO also estimates that the bill will increase the interest costs of the debts by almost $ 700 billion.

“Even these figures underestimate the potential costs of the bill, because the legislation depends on a number of random expiration date. Borrowing could rise by another $ 1 trillion – to $ 5 trillion or more – if temporary provisions would be made permanently.

The Senate must reject this bill and work on a tax -responsible alternative that reduces instead of exploding our high and rising debts. “

Senate Gop -leaders focus around July 4 to complete the passage of the bill, but progress is uncertain because of internal resistance and imminent deadlines.

Earlier this month, billionaire Paul Tudor Jones said that the US government is in a debt and has to perform negative real rates – whether interest rates should determine lower than the inflation percentage to devalue her debt.

Jones says that the “playbook is clear” for what the government has to do, giving investors a lead to position themselves.

In addition to shares, he mentions Bitcoin (BTC) and gold as portfolio -not.

“We are going to have negative real rates and that is why you have to think about what our policy makers can be seen in this debt fall while you build your portfolio. So what would an ideal portfolio are in something like that? Well, what has worked so far? What has been a combination of shares so far if they would do great if they experience us …

But it would be a combination of probably Bitcoin, gold, shares corrected on volatility. That is probably your best portfolio to combat inflation. “
