President Donald Trump confirmed his dedication to support Cryptocurrency and make America the “Bitcoin -Suuperkracht” on the first crypto top of the White House on March 7.
Trump again confirmed his promise to reverse the limiting policy and position the US as a world leader in digital assets. He stated that his executive order to a Bitcoin reserve and a digital assets supply fulfills the promises he made last year.
He also regretted the fact that the government had sold significant quantities of the bitcoin that it had held and said that his administration would ensure that the federal government could never sell BTC again.
He explained:
“Everyone knows, never sell your bitcoin.”
Trump further stated that the treasury is working on developing methods to collect more Bitcoin without influencing taxpayers. ‘
Trump also compared the crypto race with artificial intelligence and emphasized the need for American leadership.
“It is important that we stay for this. We should be in the lead, just as we are in AI. ‘
End the war against Crypto
Trump criticized the BIDEN administration for conducting what he called a “war on crypto” and announced the formal end to Operation ChokePoint 2.0, a policy that is seen as limiting financial services for crypto companies.
He shot supervisors and Biden, which said that “people really members” under their limiting and harmful policy and criticized them because they had only facilitated their attitude when the election season was approaching.
He said:
“Eventually they came around – but only for votes.”
In the meantime, the American Finance Minister Scott Bessent, who is now in charge of the management of the Bitcoin reserve, also criticized the approach of Biden for industry. He said:
“Biden did nothing but punish technical innovators in the US.”
Bessert added that the Trump administration cooperates with the IRS to withdraw previous guidelines that the industry has suffocated and cooperates with legislators to develop an extensive regulatory framework for crypto and stablecoins.
He also stated that the US is planning to use Stablecoins to ensure that the US dollar retains its dominance as the reserve currency of the world.
