Rain, a worldwide platform for issuing payment cards using stablecoins, cooperates with Toku, a company that offers token and stablecoin -based wage solutions. The partnership introduces a real-time, in accordance with Stablecoin Payroll system for international teams.
Thanks to this integration, companies can pay employees directly in Stablecoins in more than 100 countries and at the same time meet local compliance requirements. Rain’s infrastructure connects with the Toku system, which handles employment and tax regulations, making it possible to make smooth and legal wage processing.
The system enables employers to calculate and distribute net wage and at the same time meet tax and labor rules. Payments are recorded in stablecoins such as USDG, USDC and RLUSD, using platforms such as ADP, Workday and Gusto. Funds are sent directly to employee portfolios or digital assets accounts, so that delays and costs that are linked to traditional banking systems help reduce. Employees receive payments in portfolios that they check, with the option to use cards issued by rain.
