Layerzero launches Dam: zero-fee cross-chain token transfers

On this point, Layerzero introduced a token called Dam, an Omnichain -Fungible token (OFT), on Stargate Finance. Dam makes it easy to go to Ethereum in and out of BNB chain as 1: 1 with ZAP costs or slip by using the liquidity stargate. This disrupts the most conventional transaction models, such as those of BNB Smart Chain with wages per transfer costs, because this will implement the zero fee structure.

Layerzero plot herself like a giant about chains. The Zero-Fee structure is a great function that is increased by users. Others doubt the long -term sustainability. Stargate has some money to earn. The solutions can entail layerzero or stargate subsidies. It is possible to redistribute costs to liquidity providers. Layered reimbursement schedules are possible to appear. For the community there are both excitement and fear in the comments. Dam is a break in Omnichain Finance. It is a zero-fee model that innovates the transfer of tokens. It will survive in the long term thanks to strategic decisions.

Often leaving as standard

The OFT standard of Layerzero is starting to become popular with projects, stablecoins and tokens such as home and skate. It will make cross-chain transfer possible in a handy way without packing and extra liquidity pools. This improves liquidity, reduces friction and makes Layerzero a focal point of Omnichains. The recent release of Dam, an omnichain fungible token (often) by Layerzero, on Stargate Finance is an important step forward in interoperability of the cross chain. DAM will enable a high transit between BNB chain and Ethereum with 1: 1 transfers with zero costs and slippery with the help of the Stargate liquidity protocol.

Zero-Fee model raises questions

Dam is appealing to its users, but there is a concern for sustainability because it can work without charging costs. There is excitement and skepticism by the community. This method not only increases liquidity and accessibility, but also represents Layerzero as a main character in the reduction of cross-chain. Dam can be considered a massive breakthrough in Omnichain financing. Layerzero created Dam, an omnichain fungible token (oft). Stargate Finance is all about. Dam also allows 1: 1 transfers to BNB and Ethereum. Transfers are made without costs and no slippery. Stargate liquidity protocol helps to implement such transactions. Dam competes with regular costs of the BNB -Slimme chain. Often installed as standard by Layerzero is attractive for various projects. Jthis helps to improve liquidity and reduce friction of transactions.
