The NFT market saw Ethereum retained its leading position, with more than $ 44.7 million in sales volume in a week. That means from all block chains, Ethereum is the best choice for users, with 154,892 buyers and 21,679 sellers.

The continuous discussions about gas costs and network congestion have not put any major projects in the Ethereum NFT space, such as Bored Ape Yacht Club, Azuki and artificial blocks, to attract the attention of both collectors and investors.

Bitcoin wins momentum by ordinals

Nobody expected it, but Bitcoin arranged equally with Superrare in NFT sales at $ 23.1 million. This increase is largely the result of using ordinals, a technology for making NFTs on the Bitcoin network.

Although Bitcoin has fewer buyers and sellers than Ethereum, the increased activity in NFTs on Bitcoin is worth mentioning. This shift means that Bitcoin, previously only used for financial transactions, now acts as a medium for digital art and collection objects.

Polygon dominates users, places third in volume

The reason that Polygon attracts attention is the large number of users, because it yielded $ 15.97 million to NFT sales this week. It saw the highest number of buyers (214,297) and sellers (36,182).

Mythos, solana and unchanging are the other front runners

Game-related NFTs and digital assets win in popularity, as evidenced by the fourth place of Mythos with $ 8.59 million in turnover. Solana succeeded in bringing in $ 5.92 million, making his reputation as an affordable option for NFT activities

Another chain in the Web3 gaming space called Immutable had $ 5.84 million, which showed an increase in interest in platforms that marry gaming with NFTs.

Avalanche, BNB chain, Arbitrum and Flow also achieved the Top 10 list

Both Avalanche and BNB chain achieved the same results, each received $ 4.13 million and $ 1.59 million in sales volume.

Moreover, this week Arbitrum saw 65,518 buyers who earned $ 1.54 million in a turnover, which proves that it still gets a grip.

With the origin in NBA lottery, Flow has reported $ 1.43 million so far, indicating that the system is still holding its basis while other companies are competing.

Base and Panini saw some positive signs of interest from their users, even though they do not belong to the top 10. The total amount of the base turnover came to $ 566,402 and was sold at 9,863 buyers, while Panini $ 540,304 achieved sale of 40,443 buyers.

The Big Picture: Cross-chain NFT growth continues

This weekly overview shows the current development of NFTs on different platforms. While Ethereum leads in the raw statistics, the growth of Bitcoin, Polygoon and Games on Mythos and invariably a more competitive environment for NFTs create.
