A new arbitrum -based blockchain called Studio Chain is launching to investigate what crypto can do in the entertainment sector.
Karrat Foundation worked together with Arbitrum Foundation on the project. Karrat Foundation is located behind the Karrat -token used by the Battle Royale game of Amgi Studios My Pet Hooligan, the team says that he has seen more than 500,000 downloads in the Epic Games store in early access. Karrat is also the native token for Studio Chain, and my pet hooligan is launched on Studio Chain.

Studio Chain will therefore be his own chain within the chains arbitration network.

In the statement, a nameless Karrat Foundation representative hinted that the chain could change how “entertainment IP is made and distributed”.
This is certainly ambitious, although we don’t really know more details about their plans yet.
Studio Chain will have to compete with the many existing gaming chains that are there, such as Ronin, Sui, unchanging and abstract, as well as chains that launched to support only one game.
Off the grid from Gunzilla Games is an ambitious game with its own chain, Gunz, with the help of Avalanche, and has seen 4.9 million active portfolios from January 2025. The upcoming Crypto version of Maplestory is also planning to also launch his own avalanche chain.
