AI bots rule the internet? Elon Musk’s tweet is viral in the midst of crypto experts

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has again fueled a big conversation on his X platform with a simple but powerful question: ‘How many real people are on the internet?“ He quoted Crypto -Influencer Mario Nawfal, who referred to a report from Singapore The Straits Times claim that AI-driven bots will take over the internet in 2024.

This statement caught the attention of the crypto community and beyond.

Ai -bots take over the web

Musk’s question points to a surprising reality. More than half of all web traffic comes from Bots today. But these are not only harmless programs. They scaling tickets, use travel sites, hijacking social media accounts and create online drama and wrong information.

Nawfal’s tweet even contained a typo, spelling mistake The Straits Times as “the straight times.” This small mistake can show how AI even influences things, such as spell control.

AI -Bots are now walking on the internet

Congratulations, people: you officially lost the internet to AI-driven bots in 2024.

More than half of all web traffic is now bots, and many of them to not good.

They steal passwords, crash sites, forged clicks and even pretend you are … … … https://t.co/Gjaqnah6ib pic.twitter.com/Soetsoe06G

Willy Woo, a well-known crypto trader, jumped into the debate and asked Musk: “How do I know you are not a machine?” This reflects a growing concerns about the digital world – it becomes more difficult to say if you talk to a real person or a bone. This problem is not only on social media, but also on blockchain and crypto platforms.

Another X user noted that people adapt to machines, which only fade the line between real and artificial fade.

Is our reality just a simulation? Musk’s bigger idea

Musk also used this moment to remind followers of his simulation theory. He explained that at Tesla and SpaceX they perform many simulations to predict what could happen because the future is uncertain. According to this logic, the people who have made our reality can also perform a simulation, try to understand life and consciousness.

This idea led to a lively discussion. Many users insisted that they are real people, but also thought about the disturbing opportunity that we live in a simulation.

Why this matters

As AI bots occur smarter and more often, their impact on social media, online markets and blockchain raises important questions about trust and authenticity. The crypto community, which value transparency and decentralization, stands for a heavy challenge in this new landscape full of bots.

Elon Musk’s question has done more than shock crypto fans – it has opened a worldwide conversation about the growing role of AI and what it means for human interaction on the internet in the future.
