Decentralized Cloudservice IAGon has announced in Cardano that the legendary car manufacturer Ford will act as a consultant for the project that aims to tackle issues related to the implementation of documents.
Large companies of Ford produce large quantities of sensitive legal data that include depositions, judicial data, and so on. However, such data is usually spread over different systems and teams. It is a challenge to actually use that data due to inefficient management. Moreover, it is usually vulnerable to potential infringements of security.
In collaboration with software company CloudCourt, IAGON is developing a proof of concept (POC) that could solve the aforementioned problems by allowing companies in a safe and efficient manner.
The Cardano-based project would combine the decentralized cloud storage of Iagaon and the AI-based legal tools of CloudCourt for processing and analyzing transcriptions.
Ford will offer some advisory input based on its expertise as a Fortune 500 company with a large legal department. The car manufacturer will assess the efficiency and feasibility of Cardano-driven data storage and audit paths. The project -based project will be compared with traditional solutions.
IAGON has emphasized that Ford’s participation in the project shows that Blockchain is now winning Grip further than just finance.
This is not Ford’s first trip to blockchain. In 2019, the prominent car manufacturer also collaborated with IMB, LG Chem and some other companies to use the technology to guarantee ethical cobalt mine practices. It was also the founder of the Mobi Blockchain initiative that was founded in 2018 together with BWM, Renault and General Motors.
In September 2022, the company submitted a whole series of metaille-linked trademarks.
