Digital Asset Investment Products pulled $ 3.75 billion on the net entry last week, which, according to Coinshares, marked one of the biggest weekly profit in history in the last week, according to Coinshares report.

The renewed appetite follows a few weeks of lukewarm market sentiment and coincides with a recent crypto price rally. In particular, this inflow of total control (AUM) increased to a new record of $ 244 billion.

Ethereum surpasses Bitcoin

Ethereum emerged as the clear leader in the market, which takes $ 2.87 billion in inflow, around 77% of the weekly total.

James Butterfill, head of Coinshares research head, noted that last week most inflow concentrated in BlackRock’s Ishares Ethereum Fund (ETHA), which was good for more than $ 2.3 billion of the new capital in funds.

Etha is the largest place ETF and manages more than $ 10 billion in assets according to SOSO value facts.

The record performance of the BlackRock Fund have contributed considerably to the accumulation of ETH-oriented funds of a record of $ 11 billion in new capital this year.

Conversely, Bitcoin-oriented funds have repeatedly seen smaller flows in recent weeks, which emphasizes the shift in investor interest to Ethereum.

This was unchanged last week when the BTC funds at BTC registered $ 522 million in new capital.

In particular, Coinshares emphasized that the YTD inflow of Ethereum now represents 29% of its AUM, which exceeds Bitcoin’s 11.6%. Nevertheless, Bitcoin remains the largest active in terms of AUM, with $ 180.7 billion compared to $ 37.7 billion from Ethereum.

In the meantime, short Bitcoin products saw $ 4 million in inflow when prices fell below $ 120,000, causing significant losses for livered long traders.

Outside the top two large cryptocurrencies, XRP and Solana remain the best altcoin -pick for institutional investors.

Last week funds focused on this digital assets registered more than $ 300 million in combined fresh capital. This brings their year-to-date flows to more than $ 2 billion, and their funds also manage more than $ 5 billion in assets.

Regionally, the United States accounted for almost all inflow, which contributed $ 3.73 billion, around 99% of the total. Other markets recorded smaller profits, including Canada with $ 33.7 million, Hong Kong with $ 20.9 million and Australia with $ 12.1 million.

However, these profits were partially compensated by outskirts from Sweden and Brazil, which had withdrawn $ 49.9 million and $ 10.6 million respectively.
