1. The “Birthday Mystery Boxes” promotion runs from April 28 to May 11, 2026 and is run by Changelly.
2. During the promotion, users can open Mystery Boxes in the Changelly mobile app. Each box contains one of four outcomes:
Price: You win. Check the card for claim details.
Extra movement: Another chance to play.
Empty cell: There’s nothing here, keep going.
Loss: The game is over for now.
Retries are earned by completing crypto-to-crypto or fiat-to-crypto exchanges in the app, with no minimum amount.

Changelly reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item or credit of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Only one account is allowed per device. Multiple registrations or suspicious activities (bot use, multi-accounting, trade manipulation) may lead to disqualification.
