MIT Technology Review and Siemens AG have formed a joint venture focused on the rise of the Metaverse in the industrial sector. The cornerstone of this collaboration is an editorial independent research report from MIT Technology Review Insights titled “The emerging industrial metaverse.“
Aimed at people who make technical choices, the report takes a close look at how the industrial Metaverse began and studies its key components. These include use cases, challenges, opportunities and their impact on businesses. In addition, MIT Technology Review Insights also spoke with many experts to create actionable ideas and ways for companies to succeed in the industrial metaverse.
Collaboration for an industrial metaverse
The MIT report explores how the industrial metaverse will integrate the digital and physical worlds, revolutionizing industries. At the heart of this transformation is the digital twin, a fundamental building block of the metaverse.
