Coinbase International saw a total trading volume of more than $119 billion last week, an average of almost $20 billion per day. Notably, the weekly total is 124% higher than the previous week’s total, while the previous week’s daily average is 164% higher than the previous week’s daily average. The emergence of Coinbase International comes after several key expansion strategies that the platform has implemented in recent months, including expanding into the European market, where Coinbase has proactively adapted to the EU’s MiCA regulations, expanding into the Australian market, doubling the platform’s maximum leverage from 10x to 20x and launch of spot markets in late 2023.
