Looking at fellow memecoin dogwifhat (WIF), the trader thinks the altcoin needs to overcome a downside resistance line to take the rallies to new all-time highs.

At the time of writing, WIF is trading at $2.63 and hovering close to the trader’s diagonal resistance.
As for Bitcoin, the trader say BTC is very close to a true bull market.
“We’re breaking $63,500, it won’t be items, just the final destination.”
