Zachxbt accuses garden financing for money laundering of Bybit Hack Funds

Recent data from the Dune Analytics shows that garden financing has experienced remarkable growth in its platform that is observed by graphs of BTC -Swaps, user interactions and total reimbursements collected during the second quarter of 2025 compared to Q1.

In particular, because the platform has shown the garden financing, it has facilitated a total BTC volume of 24,984 BTC, which translates into more than $ 1.5 billion over 40,571 atomic swaps. It also accumulated 40.11 BTC in reimbursements, with the largest single Swap on its platform that reaches 10 BTC.

They have positioned the data as ‘the fastest Bitcoin bridge’, the impressive growth of Garden Finance in the first half of 2025 is clearly illustrated in the Dune Analytics -Graphs.

However, this wave did not go unnoticed. Zachxbt has raised suspicions and even accuses garden financing to make money laundering in connection with crypto thefts possible, including the notorious Bybit -Hack of $ 1.4 billion.

Kee reads to understand the whole story.

Zachxbt -Storification about garden financing

The recent accusations against Garden Finance have arisen in a surprising turn followed by a post by Jaz Gulati, the founder of the platform. In the previous post he emphasized the success by sharing an image of the reimbursements collected in the first week of June.

Interestingly, a well -known name in the crypto sector, Zachxbt, has come to light. As he accused The protocol to generate more than 80% of its recent reimbursements by laundering funds, reportedly with the help of Chinese washing washers connected to the Lazarus group.

This claim from the Onchain researcher, earlier today on X at the end of the third week of June, has aroused a lot of interest within the crypto community. Because this raises serious and urgent questions about the reliability of decentralized platforms.

Founder of the garden financing denies accusations and regards unfounded

After the allegations of the Zachxbt, Jaz Gulati, the founder of Garden Finance, reacted by referring to an earlier post in which he stated that they had received 30 BTC well before the Bybithack took place. He confirmed one screenshot of this message from Q4 2024 to support his claim.

Despite the defense of Gulati, Zachxbt doubled, show To other hacks with regard to the DVK, including the Wazirx incident, which took place prior to the Bybit -Hack.

He also asked the legitimacy of garden financing and labeled it a ‘fake decentralized bridge’. In response, Gulati rejected this characterization as incorrect information and the label called “fake decentralized” label unfounded.

“Fake Decentralized”, again with the wrong information

– Jaz 🌸 (@Jzgulati) June 21, 2025

In the next one remarkZachxbt claimed that a single actor consistently supplemented the liquidity of CBBTC from Coinbase for Chinese washing washers, while moving the stolen funds of Bybit.

However, Gulati still has to respond to this specific accusation, despite his earlier fast answers.

A new member joins the exchange

After three hours of silence from Gulati, another user, James Scaur, apparently, apparently in support of Gulati.

Scaur suggested that one Pareto division Could apply, where a small number of liquidity providers (LPS) contributes the majority of liquidity. He noted that this does not necessarily imply centralization; It can simply mean that only one LP could meet demand at that time.

On the subject of blocking swaps from hacked sources, Scaur acknowledged that it is a complex problem that remains Difficult to solve.

More recently, Zachxbt gave a blow to the support of James Scaur for the platform, because he again criticized garden financing due to the lack of decentralization, and noted that since the limit for large swaps was increased to 10 cbbtc, only one entity has been filled for weeks.

He emphasized that the platform outside Bybit -funds has minimal activity, making it easy to recognize illegal transactions in the mempool. With Bybit-related transactions that have been overflowing since April 2025, he pointed out that the team had been warned about this issue.

Because the cap has been raised for large swaps that are possible up to 10 CBBTC, it is only a few weeks that has been ordinary orders.

Idk what you can call that decentralized …

Outside bybit funds, the garden has minimal activity, so it is extremely easy to catch the illegal …

– Zachxbt (@zachxbt) June 21, 2025

He suggested that if they cannot block these transactions, they would have to return the generated reimbursements and eliminate larger swaps, instead of bragging about their costs while they know their origin.

Moreover, he said that the 30 BTC in reimbursements is largely due to a campaign for air drops from the beginning of 2024.

The heated exchange of answers on X has since escalated in a public spit, but the claim seems to be strong from the findings of Zachxbt. If the exchange continues, this can even cause a legal check for garden financing.
