Although many blockchain ecosystems are shrinking, Tezos growing – fast. The network expands its global reach with two new entities, Tezos Middle East and Tezos Southeast Asia, supported by the newly formed Tezos Patronage Association (TPA).

This Swiss-based association will coordinate strategic alignment within the expanding ecosystem.
“A more distributed model gives different organizations the autonomy to move quickly, develop domain expertise, and respond to opportunities as they arise,” said Arthur Breitman, co-founder of Tezos. “That makes Tezos’ broader efforts more dynamic, adaptable and positioned for long-term growth.”
Local teams, global impact
Tezos Middle East, headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centreand Tezos Southeast Asia, based in Singaporewill focus on the development of regional ecosystems. Important industries include gaming, DeFi, capital markets and art. These independent entities are designed to engage local builders, incubate projects and strengthen regional communities.
Roman Schnider, president of TPAadds:
“By establishing independent entities in two of the world’s most dynamic blockchain regions, we can get involved faster, develop deeper expertise and more effectively connect to the projects shaping the future in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. For builders and partners in these regions, this means we are here, local and ready to work with you.”
Strategic coordination through Tezos Patronage Association
The Tezos Patronage Association brings together major organizations that drive the growth of Tezos. Its role is to maintain strategic alignment while allowing each entity to operate independently and respond quickly to opportunities. Over time, TPA plans to expand membership, reflecting Tezos’ globally distributed structure.
In addition to TPA, organizations such as the Tezos Foundation (Switzerland), Digital Commonwealth Foundation (sweater)And Tezos Commons (US) continue to support the ecosystem through financing, technical infrastructure, governance tools and community development.

A more flexible, distributed ecosystem
Breitman emphasizes the advantage of a distributed structure:
“Tezos is a global ecosystem and its institutional design must reflect that reality. Subsidiarity allows individual organizations to innovate locally while contributing to the broader growth of the network. It is a model built for long-term adaptability and adoption.”
With these new entities and a coordinated strategy, Tezos stands out as a blockchain ecosystem that scales responsibly while remaining decentralized, region by region.
