A new animal-based memecoin is coming to start the week, as Coinbase adds the crypto asset to its listing roadmap.
Moo Deng (MOODENG), a crypto asset in honor of the baby hippopotamus that became an international sensation, soared 108% as the top US crypto exchange announcement.
The Solana-based memecoin is now up 59% at the time of publication, at $0.5609, with a market cap of $555.8 million.
Coinbase’s announcement means that the company has determined that the asset will be available for trading in the near future, although the coin is not yet live on the platform.
Moo Deng was launched in mid-September and reached its all-time high of $0.6804 on November 15.
