Oasys, a prominent blockchain that allows gamers to make fast transfers without any gas fees, has announced an exclusive partnership. According to Oasys, the platform is joining forces with the Arbitrum Foundation to integrate Arbitrum Orbit (the Ethereum-focused L2 and L3 scaling solution) into its ecosystem. The company announced this development on its official social media account.

Oasys partners with Arbitrum and integrates Arbitrum Orbit for the development of custom L2s

In its recent X-post, Oasys noted that the integration of Arbitrum Orbit makes it possible to develop custom L2s on its L1. This is the first time Arbitrum Orbit works outside of Ethereum’s L1 and focuses on gaming-related chains. With the integration of Arbitrum Orbit, Oasys’ Hub-Layer will support the implementation and development of Verses. For this purpose, the platform will reportedly leverage Arbitrum’s advanced scaling solutions.

The respective integration will potentially provide a bridge to the rapidly growing Arbitrum ecosystem. In addition, it also opens the exclusive opportunity for enhanced liquidity for the latest L2s. The platform added that Uprising Verse works as the first Verse L2 to go live using this unique method. Oasys reportedly backs the 1st local revenue from multiple chains and filling the gap between the Web3 and Web2 gaming communities. Uprising Verse makes blockchain games accessible to a wider audience.

The integration offers exclusive opportunities for the developers of Blockchain-based games

Arbitrum Orbit works as the fastest blockchain offering a speed of 0.1 seconds per block. This groundbreaking technology unveils the latest use cases for Oasys-based gaming. The Verses integration, developed using Arbitrum Orbit, enables Oasys to unlock a unique sector of Verse development opportunities. It provides additional options and tools in this regard to increase the convenience of the developers.

Arbitrum Oribt’s advanced scaling solutions provide developers with seamless interoperability, minimal settlement costs, and high throughput. Therefore, the developers can take blockchain-based games to exclusive heights in terms of experience.

In addition to the respective technical integration, Arbitrum Foundation and Oasys will look for a series of partnerships. This initiative will reportedly strengthen the current partnership and shape the future of blockchain gaming. Ryo Manzoku, the director of technology at Oasys, said this partnership is included in the platform’s strategy to broaden Arbitrum Orbit beyond the Ethereum ecosystem.
