Kima drives real estate liquidity with tokenization solutions
Kima and Blocksquare launched a marketing collaboration campaign and explored ways to achieve greater efficiency in real estate tokenization. This increased awareness of tokenized real estate as a safe asset class that allows investors to invest in digital real estate. In addition, Blocksquare is considering the option of integrating the technique with Kima, which will make it possible to expand the payment option with multi-chain stable coins, fiat and secure atomic swaps.
Blocksquare improves its payment system by taking advantage of the resources Kima makes available. Kima helps Blocksquare solve payment integration problems using multi-chain stablecoins that enable cross-chain transfers via Ethereum-based chains and non-EVM scanners. This flexibility significantly improves liquidity, which means more opportunities for investors and makes tokenizing real estate to many blockchains easier.
Bridging Fiat and Crypto through secure Fiat payment integration
Furthermore, Kima’s payment solutions are solid and will boost Blocksquare as they include fiat payment options. This integration will combine traditional financing with Web3, allowing Web2 investors to invest in tokenized assets using fiat money. Therefore, increasing Blocksquare’s payment options will allow more people to finance tokenization deals in the real estate sector.
Kima’s atomic swap technology is another key advantage in this partnership. Atomic swaps help avoid middlemen and simplify trading on Blocksquare by enabling a secure direct exchange for RWA sales. This feature allows property buyers or investors to enter into a contract without an intermediary, leading to timely exchanges in the tokenized real estate market.
