Royal succeeds Dave Parks, who has been served as CEO since 2020 and remains actively involved in Enchoice as a member of the board of directors.

He later served as President of Imagin Solutions, a top provider of Enterprise Content Management Technologies, who supervised the company through a period of strategic growth that makes up for successful achievement in private equity. Since 2021, Royal has been President of Enchoice, where he has caused the expansion of the company in AI-driven content services and process automation.
