In 2023, a year of escalating social tensions, countries around the world faced multifaceted challenges. The fight against global poverty has come to a standstill. The latest World Bank report from 2023 estimates that nearly 700 million people worldwide live in extreme poverty. Conditions in the poorest and most vulnerable countries have deteriorated even further than before the pandemic.
Many countries face serious debt vulnerabilities, which hinder their ability to address economic and social challenges. Increased vulnerability and conflict around the world have exacerbated food insecurity, driving millions of people from their homes and leaving the poorest and most vulnerable facing the greatest challenges to survival. CoinEx charity has steadfastly engaged in philanthropic efforts and helped countries adapt to an ever-changing world amid these crises.

365 days, 12 countries, 2553 families received support
The year 2023 marked an important phase for CoinEx Charity as it entered a new chapter. Through a multi-million dollar charitable foundation, we have helped more than 20,000 students in 12 countries return to school, continue their studies and pursue their educational aspirations, reaching a total of more than 15.5 million people have reached.
The CoinEx Charity team visited countries such as Cameroon, India, Indonesia, Nigeria and Venezuela, across South America, Asia and Africa. Social unrest in Indonesia has left children living in landfills, dilapidated houses and deprived of education, but their desire to learn remains undiminished. We also went to remote areas of Cameroon and observed first-hand the lack of infrastructure and teacher shortages in schools. In India, we have witnessed children facing numerous challenges to attend school, demonstrating a voracious appetite for knowledge. These visits provided insight into the disparities in global education and further strengthened CoinEx Charity’s resolve to continue its philanthropic efforts. We believe that our efforts can create more opportunities for these disadvantaged groups, allowing education to improve their future.

Charity ‘Dreams come true’
We believe that educational equality is not only a fundamental right for all, but also a crucial factor in cultivating future elites. Everyone should have equal opportunities to quality education, as this not only influences individual development but also determines the prosperity and progress of society. CoinEx Charity delves deep into the education space, advancing global education equality through sponsorship and donation programs.
In 2023, CoinEx Charity, in partnership with organizations such as Bunda Milenial and Educar+, launched the educational program “Dreams Come True” to help impoverished, out-of-school children. To provide vulnerable communities with this crucial skill, we have provided scholarships to more than 20,000 students.
Thanks to the efforts of CoinEx Charity, tens of thousands of students from poor backgrounds received backpacks, books, stationery, financial grants and emotional support. Schools and educational institutions in poverty-stricken countries were provided with essential donations such as desks, chairs, teaching materials and sports equipment. Additionally, the CoinEx Charity team facilitated repairs to school infrastructure, significantly improving the educational environment for many children.
Million dollar charity fund
Since its inception, CoinEx Charity has been committed to philanthropy and has established a multi-million dollar charitable fund. The fund aims to provide global aid, shelter and long-term education support to impoverished populations in conflict- and disaster-affected areas. As of 2023, CoinEx Charity has implemented a series of projects in education, healthcare, disaster relief and other areas through the charity fund. We work closely with global nonprofit partners to jointly provide effective support to more communities in need.
In the education sector, we strive to end the phenomenon of global education inequality by sponsoring and donating projects to provide students in impoverished regions with tuition, books and learning resources. At the same time, we focus on the healthcare sector, providing medical supplies and donations to children with diseases. In disaster relief, we go to the frontlines of countries affected by floods, earthquakes and other disasters, donate goods and set up temporary shelters for refugees. Through close collaboration with nonprofit partners, we have provided tangible assistance to more communities around the world, working to create a more just and equal society.
Vision for 2024
The achievements in 2023 underline the importance of educational equality. In 2024, CoinEx Charity will continue to uphold the principles of openness, transparency and innovation, driving the continued development of educational charity initiatives. We will deepen charitable giving, expand into more philanthropic areas, and bring warmth and hope to more people. In particular, we will invest more philanthropic resources to lower barriers to cryptocurrency education, starting with free training opportunities and blockchain courses.
