Justin Sun’s made-up micronation Liberland has fired its technology minister after allegedly blocking President Vít Jedlička from voting and centralized control of the country’s blockchain.
This is stated in a “congressional resolution” that Liberland published today.
As part of the resolution, Dorian Stern Vukotić was removed from the country’s blockchain-based Congress and charged with “gross misconduct, abuse of power and breach of trust.”
Specifically, it claims that in November 2024, Vukotić removed multisig protection from the Sudo account, which grants administrative powers, and in turn, “unlawful centralized control over the Liberland Blockchain.”
In October 2025, he reportedly tried to take over Liberland’s web domain Liberland.org, and when this failed, he pushed for a fraudulent liberland.io site.
A previous one warning also links Vukotić to an unauthorized token launch related to the Liberland name.

That same month, he also reportedly received funds from Liberland’s Ministry of Finance, consisting of BNB and Liberland’s own Liberland Merit (LLM) token, to help create a trading pair for the two tokens.
Liberland claims that the funds have still not been deployed and that “Mr. Vukotić refuses to comply with the request of the Ministry of Finance and Congress to return these funds.”
Vukotić also allegedly adjusted “critical governance parameters,” extending the voting period for Congress from four to 75 days, while blocking Jedlička’s right to vote.
Liberland wants its liquidity pools back
Liberland has demanded that Vukotić return the money and hand over control of all liquidity pools to the Ministry of Finance.
It said: “Should Mr. Vukotić fail to comply within seven days, Congress will consider his continued actions as resistance and embezzlement and will take all appropriate measures, including public censure.”
Public censorship essentially involves a government agency publicly despising an individual for their actions.
As a result of Vukotić’s alleged violations, Liberland announced some changes:
- The voting period for the congress is reduced to four days.
- Jedlička’s voting rights will be restored.
- The Sudo account will be turned over to members of the Senate before plans are made to delete the account altogether.
- LLM held within the Sudo account will be moved to the Senate. Newly minted tokens will be distributed to Congress.
- Introducing a “three-judge system” with a 2-of-3 multisig wallet setup.
Who is Vukotic?
In his pitch for the March 2026 congressional elections, Vukotić claims that he has been involved in the Liberland project since 2021 and has been living in the micronation for more than a year.
He notes that he met his girlfriend there, and that they “have a child who is also a bit made in Liberland.”
Vukotić’s congress talk complains that Liberland suffers from “disorganization and lack of direction.”
He alleged that the micronation was not transparent about the money it received and what it was spent on, and he promised to review Liberland’s budget and planning.

Some of his more drastic proposals include the creation of a ‘Ministry of Propaganda’ that would give the Croats, Serbs and Hungarians a ‘good Liberland feeling’, and an intelligence service called ‘The Invisible Hand’.
In his proposed final phase of the “attack” on Liberland, he hypothesizes: “Maybe with enough bribes we can buy the country outright. Maybe we need a D-Day-style landing operation with 10 ships and 1,000 people.”
He added: “Maybe some dumbass somewhere will see how great we are and sell us the land somewhere else entirely.”
Liberland covers 7 km² of disputed land between Serbia and Croatia. The micronation is not officially recognized by any other country and continues to maintain a balancing act of complex entry and exit camps to avoid upsetting Croatian and Serbian authorities.
The congressional elections that elected Vukotić – albeit in a test election – have elected Tron billionaire Justin Sun as prime minister seven times. Protos is convinced that Sun never set foot in Liberland.
Protos has reached out to Vukotić for comment and will update this piece if we hear back.
