The attorney general of Oregon suggests the best American crypto exchange.
According to a release of Oregon Attorney general than Rayfield, Oregon leads the lead to fill the void left in the enforcement of the crypto regulation by the Trump government.
Rayfield claims that Coinbase promoted and sold risky investments to residents of Oregon.
“After building trust with Oregon consumers, Coinbase sold risky investments without being properly screened to protect consumers.
Oregonians lost money, and we believe that Coinbase should be held responsible and take steps to protect the consumer …

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has stopped pursuing many high-profile crypto enforcement actions since Trump went back. The SEC dropped his case and claimed much of what Rayfield claims against Coinbase in February.
Rayfield quotes the example of Internet Computer (ICP), an active one that has lost 99% of its value since he is mentioned on Coinbase.
Coinbase issued a comment almost immediately, taking the offensive in a blog post to explode the lawsuit.
Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal also called the lawsuit a “copycat” and a “embarrassing waste” of Oregon’s taxpayer.
