Magic Eden has announced its collaboration with Azuki. Not many details have been shared, but it has been made public that Azuki Magic will help Aden develop its ETH marketplace. One benefit of the partnership with Magic Eden is that it will become the preferred marketplace for Chiru Labs NFT collections.
Magic Eden has further asked its community members to exercise caution while interacting with impersonators. Their ETH marketplace is not live yet. Links circulating on the Internet could be an attempt to drain users’ money or resources. An announcement about the ETH Marketplace or Magic Eden will only be made through the official channels.
The community has responded positively to this development. Most members have welcomed it saying that Magic Eden, called ME by members, is taking the right steps by joining hands with GOATS. Others have said that more steps like this need to happen in the future to continue Magic Eden’s rise.
Azuki confirmed the announcement by resharing the post on X. Their indigenous community members are mutually optimistic about the development, indicating that it is a huge step and that they would like to see it happen.
Magic Eden simultaneously hosts Retro Diamond Drop claims. The event started on February 3, 2024 and lasted until March 3, 2024, 7:00 PM UTC. The event is said to be a celebration of the huge week the Solana community has had recently. The goal is to return diamonds to the chains for use over a period of time: past, present and future.
Diamonds earned can be doubled through quests, which are available in the official rewards section of the Magic Eden platform.
Azuki is looking forward to joining the WADESIDE INO. Wadeside identified the most notable IP in Web3 since 2022, adding that the association is well-positioned to build a thriving ecosystem that will last for a longer period of time.
It has previously joined forces with CreatorDAO, a community designed by creators for creators. Tilted Azuki Community Creator 2023, participants are tasked with uploading their Azuki artwork. The winners will share a portion of the prize pool, which is worth $2,000. The first-place winner will take home $1,000, and the next two winners will receive $600 and $400 respectively.
Qualifications are based on criteria including tagging CreatorDAO. One piece must be uploaded to the Raid page and the post on X must have the hashtag AzukiCreator2023. The deadline to submit an entry for Azuki Creator 2023 is February 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT. The final winners will be subject to a voting process in which Azuki pass holders will participate.
