Jordin Sparks and Gala Music pave the way for a new music era. Gala Music, a decentralized music company, took center stage at VeeCon with its state-of-the-art mobile recording studio. In partnership with American Idol alumnus Jordin Sparks, the platform introduced an innovative series of music competitions that merges the music community with Web3 technology.
Sixteen hand-picked finalists were given the opportunity to record their music in Gala’s state-of-the-art mobile studio, competing for a coveted contract with Gala Music. The highlight of their journey was performing on the VeeCon mainstage alongside Jordin Sparks during the finals.
Following VeeCon, Jordin Sparks connected with the community on a Twitter Space this Wednesday and expressed her excitement:
“To be able to be on a platform like Gala Music and to see the support you (Gala Music) give to so many different artists, whether you’re signed to a label or just starting out or know you’re in the middle of your career, as I think it’s great to be a part of this.
Now fans have had the chance to participate in a community vote all week long to determine which of the three artists will collaborate with Jordin Sparks on an exclusive track. The final votes will be cast on Friday 2 June to announce the final winner.
