(CSE: AIDR, OTC: AIRDF, Frankfurt: 939) (“Rocket Doctor AI”) has granted a total of 47,013 stock options, exercisable at $0.71 per share and valid for a term of three years, and a total of 514,801 restricted share units, valid for a term of between one and three years, to consultants and employees of the company and its subsidiaries. The stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the Company’s stock compensation plans and are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from issuance, in addition to vesting provisions.
In addition, and further to the Company’s press release dated July 18, 2025, the Company has retained the marketing services of 45 Degrees, Inc. (“45 degrees“) and Investment Publishing LLC (“Publish investment”) to provide digital marketing and investor awareness services until September 30, 2026. No additional compensation will be paid to 45 Degrees of Investment Publishing for the additional services provided.
