Capital B Acquires 37 BTC for €2.3 Million Despite Bitcoin Price Weakness – Details

Despite Bitcoin [BTC] With a 50% decline from its all-time high to $71,087.56 at the time of publication, Bitcoin’s enterprise value is increasing by the day.

According to data from BitoinTreasuries.NET, Bitcoin, held by publicly traded companies, now holds 1.178 million BTC worth $83.08 billion, up more than 1.3% in the past 30 days.

Details of Capital B’s BTC acquisition

In this list, Capital B makes news for the acquisition of 37 BTC for €2.3 million on April 13.

According to the press releasethe company now owns a total of 2,925 BTC, all thanks to –

A ‘BTC return’ of 1.25%, a ‘BTC profit’ of 35.3 BTC and a ‘BTC € profit’ of € 2.2 million.

All together, this highlights that, just like Michael Syalor’s strategy, Capital B also accumulates Bitcoin regardless of price fluctuations.

However, the 1.25% yield suggests that the company is not taking the aggressive Bitcoin buying route, but a slow and steady accumulation strategy.

Who is behind this plan?

Obviously, the concept of ‘BTC Yield’ was popularized by Strategy. The statistic shows how much additional Bitcoin each share of the company represents.

This now begs a question: do shareholders get more Bitcoin per share or not? Confirming the same, the company noted:

Completion of the conversion of 17,897,600 OCA B-01 held by Blockstream Capital Partners into 32,900,000 common shares of the Company.

Capital B added,

Completion of the conversion of the 2,020,372 OCA B-01 held by UTXO Management into 3,713,919 common shares of the Company.

Overall, this suggests that Capital B is raising money through equity dilution. And they do this by converting financial instruments into shares. They then collect Bitcoin using that capital.

What’s more?

This is because Capital B made a total of six purchases in 2026 alone, amounting to 102 BTC.

But despite such moves, Capital B’s share price was trading at €0.63, having fallen 1.26% in the last trading session. However, this decline is much smaller than the decline of more than 28% in the past 6 months.

Final summary

  • Capital B’s Bitcoin stock reached 2,925 BTC after making 25 purchases since November 5, 2024.
  • The company is also taking the sequel to Michael Saylor’s popularized ‘BTC Yield’ game plan.
