DigiFT, a regulated digital asset exchange focused on institutional RWAs, has partnered with Hines, a global real estate investment manager, to support the on-chain tokenization and distribution of an indirect investment in a Hines-managed real estate portfolio.
The offering provides tokenized access to a fund that invests in a global real estate portfolio worth more than $6 billion. It is only available to accredited, professional and institutional investors and is distributed via regulated digital infrastructure with no changes to the underlying fund structure or regulatory framework.
DigiFT’s regulated infrastructure enables tracking of digital issuance and holdings alongside existing fund schemes, while Hines brings years of investment and operational expertise. The collaboration represents one of the first examples of chain distribution for indirect investments in institutional-quality private real estate.
