Axlabs has recently been launched Talk is cheapA new live series organized on X broadcast aimed at offering behind the scenes insights into its current development efforts, reflections on web3 trends and discussions about tools and infrastructure in implementation. The inaugural episode was broadcast on September 9 and contained team members from Over Axlabs, including founder Guil Sperb Machado.
The opening episode introduced the format of the show and touched various in-progress initiatives. Much of the discussion was aimed at the contributions of Axlabs to the NEO X project, in particular work with regard to the Native Token Bridge and the coming random message bridge, which is currently undergoing definitive refinements after a recent audit. The team intends to use the new functionality to test for the center point.
The broadcast has also introduced Git my AbiAn internal tool that is designed to streamline the cooperation between smart contract developers and frontend teams by automating the process of ABI version research and distribution. The team shared challenges during development and discussed plans for future improvements.
A third segment aimed at Cha-chingA tool for stimulating the builder developed during a recent hackathon. The system uses Github activity to generate on-chain points that can be integrated with DAO governance or contributing rewards. AXLABS noted that Cha-ching is part of the Filecoin Alpha cohort and will use decentralized storage for auditability.
According to Axlabs, future episodes of Talk is cheap will continue to emphasize development insights, internal projects and Axlabs’ perspectives on design and infrastructure in web3. The team emphasized that the show will remain casual and conversation and offers a frank look at work that usually happens ‘before the code’.
The full delivery is available for repeat on X broadcast. It is expected that future sessions will follow a similar structure, with planning details that must be announced on the Axlabs X account.
