The meeting notice and further information can be found in the 2026 proxy statement filed today and distributed to shareholders.
During the meeting, proposals will be submitted to elect directors, ratify the appointment of auditors and approve and ratify the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.
Annual meeting
The Company has filed its proxy statement with the SEC, which explains all proposals and provides other information about the Company, and sends the meeting notice, proxy statement and additional materials relating to the annual meeting to shareholders. Shareholders who hold their shares through investment accounts receive the materials through their brokers, either by mail or electronically, depending on their communication preferences.
