The regulator noted that companies like Retardio Solana may change their contact details over time and also provide data belonging to another company or individual so that the information looks genuine. FCA confirmed that users dealing with this company will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service in case of complaints. FCA has urged users to do business with registered crypto companies.
