Myeg, a Malaysian e-Government and digital service provider, has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOU) with SGtradex, the national digital infrastructure of Singapore for trade data, to facilitate seamless blockchain-driven trade between Malaysia and Singapore. The agreement signed with the Roundtable Asean-GCC-China CEO, is intended to improve digital connectivity in the Asean region by enabling interoperable, cross-border digital solutions. Under the MOUS, Myeg’s Zetrix and SGtradex will investigate technical integration to create a safe channel for the exchange of trade -related data, which switches from papers to digital trade flows. This cooperation supports the ASEAN framework agreement for the digital economy and aims to promote greater transparency and security in cross-border transactions. The partnership is expected to serve as a basis for broader regional integration, including potential connections with China and Golf Collaboration Councillands.
