The Japanese authorities have expressed a sharp intention to integrate emerging technologies into the public services of the country, a view to modernization and efficiency for residents within three years.
According to a report, the country is aimed at improving its water supply and sewerage systems with technologies of the next generation to guarantee consumer safety. Administrators give priority to the wholesale integration of artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain.
The government’s position was announced after a digital administrative and fiscal reform panel meeting with Premier Shigeru Ishiba, who led the group.
