Leading web3 security services provider CertiK and global investment firm YZi Labs have collaborated to improve security infrastructure for startups in the EASY Residency Incubation Program, which supports founders building long-term value in web3, AI and biotechnology.
As part of the partnership, CertiK will provide a $1 million audit grant along with security services such as Skynet Boosting and AI-powered, while YZi Labs will help connect these startup projects with CertiK, improving their security measures and ensuring their sustainable development in the web3 space.
The collaboration underlines a significant shift toward prioritizing risk management and code security in startup incubation, raising industry standards and supporting the long-term sustainability of ecosystems.
“Security is the foundation of long-term success, but for early-stage founders it is often a high-stakes distraction while they are still searching for product-market fit,” said Ella Zhang, head of YZi Labs. “Think of it like building a skyscraper: the founders must focus on the architecture and vision, while CertiK acts as structural engineers to ensure that the frame is earthquake-resistant.”
“We believe that our collaboration with YZi Labs will significantly improve the security level of projects and provide the necessary guarantees for their long-term development,” added Professor Ronghui Gu, co-founder and CEO of CertiK.
