Binance founder Changpeng Zhao has moved his vision of Memecoins after his new education initiative, Giggle Academy, received millions of dollars from Crypto donations.
The project, designed to offer free learning opportunities, surpassed $ 2.4 million in contributions within a few days after launching his donation function, according to the Giggle Fund website.

Zhao shared On X that the academy had collected more than $ 1 million in its first 12 hours, had called the answer ‘incredible’ and praised the generosity of crypto users.
What attracted his attention was, however, the source of most funds. According to him, almost 90% of the early contributions from a single Memecoin project called Giggle came.
Giggle is a Memecoin project on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) that is designed to donate its trading costs to the Giggle Academy. Toking has a maximum stock of 1 million coins and more than 7000 holders from the moment of press.
Zhao admitted that he had no idea who made it token or how the smart contract was written. However, he admitted that the unique usefulness of the project has changed its perspective on Memecoins.
Given this he stated:
“Giggle will use these donations well. They will be used to encourage contributors and speed up growth. They will not be used to pay employees. I will personally cover the employee and server sales for the near future.”
He further emphasized that the Academy has no plans to launch its own token, and added that Tokenomics could ‘complicate’ its mission to provide accessible education.
Instead, he expects the project to maintain itself through continuous donations and future support of alumni that benefit from its programs.
This fundraising success comes at a time when the crypto community actively debates or can evolve memecoins over speculation.
Although critics claim that these tokens are not used in the practical lack, lawyers such as Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin have long promoted their potential in philanthropy. Buterin himself has large windfalls from Memecoin aimed at causes of charity, ranging from animal shelters to health research.
