$REALLY and RWA Inc. have formed a strategic partnership focused on expanding the infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets.

$REALLY and RWA Inc. are joining forces as competition increases around the infrastructure needed to bring real-world assets into the chain in a more usable way.
The two companies said they have entered into a strategic partnership focused on issuance of tokenized assets, investor onboarding and longer-term services. The wider pitch isn’t particularly subtle.
As tokenized bonds, funds and other real assets gain momentum, the market no longer just needs tokenization in the abstract. It requires systems built for issuance, access, reporting, and post-trade lifecycle management.
The partnership is aimed at more than just issuing tokens
That is what the collaboration seems to focus on. $REALLYwhich is building a Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for RWAs, and RWA Inc., a platform focused on tokenization strategy, investor access and Web3 growth infrastructure, said they will explore how $REALLY‘s network can support select tokenized issuances originating from RWA Inc.
The scope goes beyond putting assets on-chain. The two parties also plan to work on investor onboarding, distribution channels, reporting and post-issue services, and AI-powered growth and automation support.
That matters because one of the quieter issues with tokenized finance is what happens after issuance. Many projects can tokenize an asset. Fewer have built credible systems around distribution, investor communications and ongoing administration once the token is live.

The partnership also includes plans for co-marketing around RWA adoption and $REALLY‘s upcoming TGE, alongside a future exploration of agentic AI in governance, validation, and financial workflows.
In other words, the partnership seeks to connect infrastructure, investor access and automation into one broader RWA stack rather than treating them as separate layers.

All told, the partnership reflects a larger shift in the tokenized asset market. The conversation goes beyond whether real-world assets can be tokenized at all. That part is done. The harder question now is which platforms can make issuance, access and long-term asset management work at scale, and that’s true $REALLY and RWA Inc. trying to position themselves.
