Bill Morgan, the lawyer, has said that the growth and development of the XRPL are crucial to the success of XRP. This is a big deal because it means that the XRPL is on the right track despite some legal issues.
Speaking about the 2024 XRP Gold Coast conference, Morgan said Wave of Innovation, a non-profit organization, organized the event. However, he made an exciting announcement and revealed that they will be providing subsidies for XRPL developers. But here’s the kicker: they are not affiliated with RippleXDev or Ripple. They are free to choose grant recipients based on their criteria, which they will share before the conference in March 2024.
Even more interesting, developers working on XRPL sidechains can apply for these grants. This means more people can get support to work on and improve XRPL projects.
