World of Women (WOW) works together with artist Sara Baumann for a powerful new NFT portrait series that emphasizes four leading women in Web3 as iconic Western pioneers. This initiative, launched on Etherlink – Tezos Blockchain L2, is aimed at elevating women who reform the decentralized technology landscape.

Women again presented as pioneers of change
The series imposes the power and vision of Web3 leaders such as Jill Gunter (Espresso Systems), Winny.eth (broken down), Evin McMullen (Privado ID) and Tina HE (Basic). These portraits not only celebrate their performance, but also underline the often overlooked role of women in technology.
As Sara Baumann states: “These portraits are more than similarities – they tell the story of women who refuse to wait for permission to build the future.”
This collection is a direct response to the systemic barriers with which women are technically confronted. With female founders who only call up a fraction of the capital compared to their male counterparts – often four times less – this project wants to change the story.
Create paths for inclusion
To guarantee accessibility, the portraits are beaten for free on Etherlink, which removes financial access barriers. This is in line with WOW’s mission to promote economic inclusion and to offer a seamless experience on the chains for women interested in crypto.
Wow’s CEO, Taisia Antonova, emphasizes: “When women represent only 15% of the investment teams and attract women much less capital, we must create new opportunities.”
The initiative reflects the wider dedication of WOW to strengthen women in web3, after a track record of implementing $ 3 million in non -profit organizations and supporting more than 500 artists.

Nolcha shows opening party (26 February): printed portrait gallery exhibition.

Minting opens on 25 February at AFFC.Club as a free open edition on Etherlink, with all the transaction costs covered by WOW – Strengthening their mission to create accessible paths for women to get in touch with blockchain.
WOW also builds before the launch with performances in NFT Paris and the launch of the Anti-Farming Agricultural Club. The brand will also make waves at NFC Lisbon in June.
