After two years of work in progress, the Ether project is finally coming to fruition and captivating Web3 with its long-awaited debut.
Ether has officially entered the first phase of minting. However, the June 30 coin is only available to admission list holders. While the PFPs have not yet been revealed, enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the public sale, which goes live in just a week.
Currency information
The public sale is offering each NFT at a price of 0.65 ETH. However, for those lucky enough to be on the allow list, the coin price is set at 0.35 ETH, or free with a 10-week blocking period.
The breaking down of the inventory, 10,000 NFTs are held: 8,000 for public allocation, 1,750 for admission list allocation, and 250 treasury held.
The money raised from the coin process will be used to expand the Ether team and bring their visionary ideas to life. Seventy percent goes to the project treasury. Of this, 20 percent will be spent on running the team, ensuring smooth operation and continued growth, while another 10 percent will be donated to charitable causes.
While the team behind Ether has opted not to remain doxed for now, some information about the founders has been revealed. The artist and founder, vision vanviii, has already built up a significant following in the digital art world, with experience with renowned brands such as Sony, Nike and Epic Games. The other co-founder, CV (CValley)is a top trader who first joined the team as an advisor.
Ether’s mission
Ether’s overarching goal is to position itself as a luxury brand that tells stories to create an engaging and immersive experience for anime, fashion and music collectors. Ether offers 10,000 unique collectibles, evenly split between 5,000 male and 5,000 female characters. These collectibles span a variety of themes, including 50 percent human, 30 percent mecha, 19 percent vampire, and a rare archetype of 0.95 percent corrupt characters. In addition, the collection features five unique 1/1 characters and over 500 distinctive features, giving collectors a wide variety of customization options and unique combinations.
Now the focus is shifting to how it will perform and how the market will react as Ether looks to solidify its position as a prominent digital luxury brand player.
