A new proposal, EIP-7983, wants to put a cap on how much gas a single transaction can use. The goal is to stop spam attacks, to tighten the security and make the network a little more predictable.
With Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin who supports the idea and major players such as BlackRock and the American President Donald Trump who was big on Eth-Kon no longer telling the timing.
Why Ethereum wants to limit gas per transaction

The top three alone is good for more than 99% of all reported Treasury companies to date.
With more treasuries that are expected to participate the following year, the profession of Ethereum looks stronger than ever.
