Ternoa, a cross-layer protocol that uses confidential computing to further secure the blockchain, recently introduced a new project. According to the platform, it is unveiling zkEVM+, a privacy and security-focused layer 2 that Polygon developed on Ethereum. The testnet launch of the project in question on Ternoa offers resistance to censorship through integrity proofs.
As Ethereum continues to scale, trust assumptions that weigh on digital asset holders matter

Ternoa releases zkEVM+ Testnet to enable native privacy and integrity proofs
The platform took to its official social media account on X to announce this endeavor. Additionally, it published an exclusive blog post on Medium to provide details of the project. It noted that zkEVM+ provides native privacy to users and builders in the Ethereum ecosystem. Polygon CDK is responsible for the development of the project. zkEVM+ combines data availability and hybrid coprocessor facilities in an exceptional architecture.
Avail and Polygon co-founder Anurag Arjun also commented on this project. As an advisor to zkEVM+, he described it as an important contribution to helping Ternoa scale up Ethereum’s roadmap. The platform already includes one of the largest France-based blockchain infrastructure-related communities. The company also works with major corporate accounts in France such as Stellantis and Caisse des Dépôts & Consignations.
The respective accounts also consider gaming companies like Tap Nation and Japanese studios like Toho. The release of the project will reportedly take place after the launch of a privacy stack in the form of a Polkadot SDK Layer 1 chain. Ternoa has made tremendous efforts to support enterprise adoption through partnerships with the top players.
The platform facilitates EVM developers with exclusive initiatives
Currently, many decentralized applications such as “Time Guardian” use Ternoa’s privacy stack. Time Guardian works as a mobile application that focuses on digital legacy management. Moreover, an abstracted wallet “Keeper Defi” also uses the privacy stack. It reportedly offers exclusive DeFi-related capabilities. It is currently offering a CAPS incentive project.
Moreover, Ternoa substantially facilitates EVM developers. Therefore, builders who want to release their apps on a highly secured infrastructure can benefit from this. For this purpose, Ternoa is initiating a CAPS grant project worth almost $500,000. The aim is to onboard the latest projects and developers as the Testnet phase continues.
