Shibacals, a special part of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, recently announced plans to launch an NFT collection. The upcoming launch of these NFTs, also known as the ‘Celebrities NFT Collectibles’, comes in collaboration with Busta Rhymes.
Busta Rhymes, also known as Trevor George Smith Jr., is a prominent American rapper and songwriter with significant global influence.
Meanwhile, the upcoming NFT launch has sparked immense curiosity within the digital token world as it comes amid a slump in the NFT market. However, a key player within the Shiba Inu ecosystem, LucieSHIB, is shedding light on the upcoming NFT launch.
A closer look at the collaboration
Shibacals, a platform powered by the Shibarium ecosystem, announced today, December 9, the launch of the aforementioned NFT collection. Furthermore, the collection ‘Chooky feat. Busta Rhymes’ is set to be released next year.
According to the statement, December 20, 2024 marks the date for the release of Chooky feat Busta Rhymes NFT collectibles.
Interestingly enough, Busta Rhymes additionally promoted the collaboration by taking the NFT launch news to an X-post. Furthermore, the songwriter claimed that the collection was an authentic limited edition, fueling curiosity within the NFT realm.
The expected launch also comes in tune with the recent upswing witnessed by the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency.

Shiba Inu revives
The Shiba Inu price at the time of writing witnessed an increase of 4.54% over the past day, reaching $0.00001041. Moreover, the token recorded significant gains over the past week, rising 23.85% coupled with a monthly increase of 20.92%.
According to market charts, the token turned bearish since May this year. However, after a flurry of moves made by the Shiba Inu crypto community, the token seems to be reviving itself. Furthermore, in a cyclone of breakthroughs, the token’s community seems to have burned notable amounts of SHIB so far.
Furthermore, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of Shiba Inu, also recently highlighted the growing speculation about SHIB and BONE combustion on Shibarium.
Nevertheless, the upcoming community NFT launch is also being watched by crypto market enthusiasts as the SHIB token reflects a positive stance for the future.
