The recently concluded NFT.NYC event saw a strong Shiba Inu Army presence, with a series of NFT community projects highlighting SHIB’s impact on the NFT space.
The Shiba Inu team dedicated a portion of their latest SHIB Magazine publication to praising the SHIB Army’s representation in the 2024 edition of the NFT.NYC event. It highlighted that several community members are leading the way in NFT, as evidenced by their recent participation in the NFT event in New York City.
Attendees included notable Shiba Inu NFT projects such as AIRian, Tutti Frutti Women (TFW), Shib CoOp, and ShibaPunkz. The Shiba Inu team noted that their presence highlights the growing impact of the Shiba Inu community within the NFT sphere.

The Shiba Inu magazine crew interviewed Shib CoOp, TFW and ShibaPunkz about their experiences at the event.
TFW has particularly stood out within the Shiba Inu ecosystem since expanding to Shibarium in January 2024. TFW creator Andreia expressed his pride in the project’s selection for the NYC NFT event, stating:
“Tutti Frutti Women was featured at NFT.NYC in the Rooftop Artists Village gallery, with VIPs and speakers getting a sneak peek at the VIP & Speaker Reception prior to the event.”
Additionally, Andreia revealed that NFT.NYC expanded TFW’s visibility by creating postcards showcasing their NFTs for Christmas and handing out general admission tickets.
At the same time, the Shiba Inu team sees this recognition as an affirmation of the TFW community’s efforts and a strengthening of SHIB’s position within the broader NFT domain.
CryptoQueen from Shib CoOp shared her experiences at the event, noting:
“NFTs are definitely alive and well in 2024. Participants were more engaged this year than last year.”
On the other hand, Arcturus, a key member of ShibaPunkz, talked about his experiences publicizing his involvement in networking activities and exploring innovative utilities such as MINTangible and Gaudiy.
NYC Event 2024
Notably, the 2024 edition of the NYC NFT event was hosted at the Javits Center in New York City and took place from April 3 to 5. The Shiba Inu team noted that this event represents a pivotal moment in the digital art scene because it is an example of NFTs. ‘revolutionary possibilities.
This gathering united artists, enthusiasts and investors and cultivated a community focused on blockchain-driven art. Urgent issues such as copyright infringement and environmental sustainability were addressed.
