Sky Mavis, the creator of the Axie Infinity NFT project, is launching the card game Axie Infinity: Origins on the Apple App Store in key markets where the game is most popular. The game was previously available in limited regions on the Google Play Store and through the company’s Mavis Hub.
The game will launch for the first time on the Apple Store in Latin America and Asia in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. The game has 1.5 million installs across all platforms and plans to continue its global expansion through Google and Apple mobile users.
Sky Mavis is also launching Mavis Market, a dedicated NFT marketplace powered by the company’s proprietary Ronin blockchain. Starting Wednesday, some collectibles from third-party game or dApp developers deployed on Ronin will be available on the marketplace. The company also plans to launch a merchandise store.
