Each piece is a unique 1/1 creation, meticulously preserving the original artistic process while embracing the vast technological advancements of the past 60+ years.
“What we did is that it drove us crazy,” laughs Van Hamersveld. “We made these wild-looking covers, 100 of them.”
Van Hamersveld’s creative direction and selection of source material resulted in striking and often absurd outputs that epitomize his legendary style. According to Coldie, “It was a very dynamic back-and-forth process with John directing image repetition in a way that was far too far from what we thought was possible with AI art. It is his mind that has made these works of art possible.”
“They are weird, but normally in the 9th dimension. There’s a story about absurdity and going to other worlds, and that’s what AI is.”
