To bring transparency in a year characterized by rapid shifts, we are organizing the New Year’s Crypto StandUp—an online crypto event on December 18 at 4:00 PM CET– where teams from MyTonWallet, Hacken, ONTO Wallet, SecuX, Liberion and Simple Wallet look back on the year and how it actually happened. The event moves beyond polished recaps and focuses on the behind-the-scenes reasoning, challenges and turning points that shaped each team’s 2025.
The StandUp Approach: A New Format for Understanding Web3 in 2025
Formal end-of-year reports will always matter – we run deep in ours too – but they don’t always reflect the thinking behind decisions. The StandUp is designed to fill that gap. Instead of presentations or script reviews, the StandUp hands the microphone to teams in a story-driven environment. Each speaker will take a candid look at 2025, built around five core themes:

- Technical incidents and lessons learned
- Moments that defined the crypto community
- Strategic insights for 2026 and beyond
The event aims to bring together industry perspectives in one place, focusing not on presentations but on the reasoning behind this year’s decisions: what happened, why it happened and what teams learned along the way.
