Centrifuge, a blockchain platform for tokenized RWAs, and Pharos, an L1 network built for institutional finance, announced a partnership to develop infrastructure for distributing on-chain institutional assets. The focus is on tokenized US Treasuries JTRSY and the AAA-rated structured credit product JAAA. The companies aim to support the large-scale issuance and continued use of these assets within blockchain-based financial systems.
Assets issued through Centrifuge will be supported by Pharos as a liquidity and distribution layer. The network offers high-throughput execution and an infrastructure designed for financial workflows. The goal is to ensure that assets are accessible across wallets, platforms and business channels, and that they can be pooled, allocated and reused across the chain.
Pharos uses a modular design and parallel processing to process large volumes of transactions. The companies say the partnership is a step toward practical onchain finance, where institutional assets are not only issued on blockchain but also actively used within working financial systems.
