The Chainlink Interoperability Standard now processes safe transfers from Bitlayer’s native token BTR, USDC, USDT, ETH and WSTeth between the two networks. Bitlayer is planning to make YBTC, his Bitcoin-Peget assets, cross-chain native via CCIP as the next milestone of development.
The acceptance of CCIP is designed to increase the liquidity for the Bitlayer ecosystem and to expand Bitcoin -decentralized financing options.
